龔維希教授於2024年2月從聯合國工業發展組織（UNIDO）退休，結束了其長達27年的任職生涯。退休前，他曾擔任聯合國工業發展組織全球投資與技術促進辦公室和機構夥伴司的首任司長。此前，他曾擔任貿易、數字基礎和投資司投資促進處處長🌮🏋🏼‍♂️，以及南南及三方合作高級協調員、安全事務高級協調員。龔教授還曾擔任聯合國工業發展組織駐伊朗總代表（大使銜）和聯合國駐伊朗運營管理團隊主席🎴。

在其職業生涯中，龔維希教授在信息與知識管理🏆、商務發展、產業價值鏈發展🏅🙅🏻、技術轉讓、項目評估、投資可行性評估👨🏻‍🎤、人力資源管理以及南南合作等領域負責多個重要項目。他擁有超過30年的專業經驗💆🏼‍♀️，涵蓋航空工業🏄🏻‍♂️、系統分析♥︎、投資促進🧳、技術轉讓與談判↖️、南南合作👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩、“一帶一路”倡議🦴👭🏻、產業發展和區域發展戰略研究與實踐🚕。

他在技術轉移全鏈條實踐方面積累了豐富經驗♾，特別是在技術轉移談判🫱🏼、技術轉移中的知識產權與定價❕🦅，以及相關金融問題和投資可行性評估方面具有專長🛞。他還致力於探索基於上述評估的新型可量化的公私金融夥伴關系模式🫐，並在領導和管理國際網絡🦻🏿、組織大型國際博覽會等方面表現出卓越的能力。

Mr. Gong has over 30 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, systems analysis, investment promotion, technology transfer and negotiation, South-South cooperation, Belt and Road, industrial development and regional development strategy research and practice, leading and managing international networks, and organizing mega international expositions. He specializes in the assessment of financial issues and investment feasibility in technology transfer and explores new measurable public-private financial partnerships. In September 2022, he became the first Chief of the Global Investment and Technology Promotion Office and Institutional Partners Division of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Prior to that, from 2018 to September 2022, he served as Chief of the Investment Technology Promotion Department; and from 2011 to 2018, he served as Senior Coordinator of South-South and Triangular Cooperation Projects. Mr. Gong joined UNIDO in 1997 and has undertaken projects in the areas of information and knowledge management, business development, industrial value chain development, technology transfer, project appraisal, investment feasibility assessment, human resources, and South-South cooperation. He has served as the UNIDO representative in Iran and as the chairperson of the Operations Management Team of the United Nations in Iran. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Science from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a Master's degree in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, and a Ph.D. in Numerical Analysis from the Vienna University of Technology.
